General Requirements for All Applicants
• Passport: 7-month validity with the old passport (if available)
• Photograph: 2 recent copies (white background, 35 mm X 45 mm)
• Marriage Certificate: If spouse’s name is not mentioned in the passport (photocopy)
• Utility bill
• Previous visa Copys
Job Holder Documents:
• Visiting card
• No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• Employee ID card (photocopy)
• Salary bank statement (last 06 months)
• Salary certificate or pay slip
• Personal bank statement (last 06 months, minimum balance BDT 100,000)
• Bank solvency certificate (personal)
Businessman Documents:
• Personal or company bank statement (last 06 months, minimum balance BDT 160,000)
• Renewal trade license copy (notarized, English translated)
• Visiting card
• Memorandum for limited company (photocopy)
• Company letterhead pad
• Bank solvency certificate (personal or company)
