General Documents Required :

• Current passport (7-month validity), including previous passports if available.
• Two recent photos (not older than 3 months) with white background (LAB print or soft copy)
• Photograph Size: 3.5 x 4.5 CM
• Original bank statement for the last six months with solvency certificate showing sufficient balance as per country requirements
• NID/Birth certificate copy in English
• Marriage Certificate: If the spouse’s name is not in the passport, provide a marriage certificate or Nikanamma copy in English (if married)
• A recent utility bill copy
• Visiting cards in English
• All documents are in English, notarized if originally in Bengali
• Travel plan (including entry date and country)

Professional Documents:  

For Business Person:

• Renewal Trade License Copy
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum of your Company (only pages where directors’ names are mentioned)
• Proof if you are an owner-director of a company
• Visiting card
• Office/Company pad
• Import & Export Certificate (if any)
• TIN/Income Tax Certificate (last 3 years, if any)
• All documents must be in English and notarized

For Employee:

• NOC letter
• Pay slip (last 6 months) / Salary certificate
• Visiting card
• Employment ID copy

For Student:

• Student ID card (photocopy)
• Leave letter from school, college, or university

For Retired Person:

• Retirement paper
• Related documents like pension book

For Dependent (Housewife, Children, Parents, Students, or Any Dependent):

• NOC/Consent letter
• Bank Statement
• Solvency certificate
• Professional document of the guardian
  

  Other Documents:

  • Any membership certificate/identification for your services/work-related organization/association/club (if available).

  • Alternative contact number (spouse/father/mother or local grantor)
  • Details of previous visa applications and refusal status
  • Affidavit in English, notarized, for any name or document mismatch

    Visa Processing Policies:
