General Requirements for All Applicants:
• Passport: Current passport with 7-month validity and previous passports (if
available).
• Photographs: Two recent photos (not older than 3 months) with a white
background (2 inch X 1.4 inch, LAB Print or softcopy).
• Police Clearance Document
• TIN Certificate: (One photocopy)
• Photocopy of Cheque Book for the Philippines
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Bank Statement: Applicants must provide their bank statements for the last
six months. A legitimate seal and signature should accompany the declaration
to confirm its reliability. The bank statement may come from another bank or
one in Bangladesh.
• NID/Birth Certificate Copy: In English.
• Marriage Certificate/Nikanamma Copy: In English (if married).
• Utility Bill: Recent copy.
• Visiting Cards: In English.
• Travel Plan: Entry date and country.
• Notarization: All documents must be in English and notarized if originally in
Bengali.
Professional Documents:
For Business Person:
• Renewal Trade License Copy
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum of Company: Only pages where directors’ names are
mentioned.
• Visiting Card
• Office/Company Pad
• Import & Export Certificate (if any)
• TIN/Income Tax Certificate: Last 3 years (if any). All documents are in English
and notarized.
For Employee:
• No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• Pay Slip: Last 6 months / Salary Certificate
• Visiting Card
• Employment ID Copy
For Student:
• Student ID Card Photocopy: Both sides
• Leave Letter: From school, college, or university
Additional Papers (Specially for First World Countries):
• Assets/Properties: Land, house, flat, car, FDR, DPS, saving bond, stock share,
share investment, credit card statement, insurance, etc. (if available)
• Income Tax Certificate with Acknowledge Slip: Last 3 years
• Valuation of Other Assets: (if any)
• Health Insurance or Travel Insurance
• Hotel Booking: Covering the entire trip
• Detailed Tour Plan or Itinerary: With travel date
• Flight Booking: With entire trip-related transportation information details (if
applicable)
• Previous Country Visited Details: Entry, exit date, and purpose of visit
• Police Clearance: (If needed)
• Translation: Documents in Bangla must be submitted along with a translation
in English
• Specific Embassy Requirements: Some embassies will take documents in their
language (Spain and Italy Embassy)
Special Supporting Documents:
• Alternative Contact No.: (As spouse/father/mother or local grantor)
• Details of Any Previous Visa Application: For the applicable country visa &
also for refusal status
• Affidavit: Any kind of name or document name mismatch must be provided
by affidavit in English and notarized
Sponsored by Friends and Family:
• Invitation Letter
• Inviter’s ID Proof: Passport or resident permit
• Address Proof: Any electricity bill, utility bill, etc.
Sponsored by Business or Organization:
• Invitation Letter
• Sponsorship Letter or Cost Bearer Details
• Sponsor’s National ID Proof: Passport, PAN card, or resident permit
• Updated Bank Statement and Solvency: Last 6 months of company or
organization
• Business License and Documents
• Income Tax Returns: Last 3 years
• Covering Letter: From Bangladeshi company on company letterhead
