- Passport: 7-month validity with the old passport (if available)
- Photograph: 2 recent copies (white background, 35 mm X 45 mm)
- Marriage Certificate: If spouse’s name is not mentioned in the passport (photocopy)

Job Holder
- Documents:
- Visiting card
- No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Employee ID card (photocopy)
- Salary bank statement (last 06 months)
- Salary certificate or pay slip
- Personal bank statement (last 06 months, minimum balance BDT 80,000)
- Bank solvency certificate (personal)
Businessman
- Documents:
- Personal or company bank statement (last 06 months, minimum balance BDT 120,000)
- Renewal trade license copy (notarized, English translated)
- Visiting card
- Memorandum for limited company (photocopy)
- Company letterhead pad
- Bank solvency certificate (personal or company)
Government Job Holder
- Documents:
- Visiting card
- Employee ID card (photocopy)
- Salary bank statement (last 06 months)
- Salary certificate or pay slip
- Personal bank statement (last 06 months, minimum balance BDT 80,000)
- Bank solvency certificate (personal)
- Government Order (GO) for official passport
Student
- Documents:
- Student ID card (photocopy, both sides)
- Leave letter from school or college (original)
- Parents’ bank statement (last 06 months, minimum balance BDT 80,000)
- Parents’ bank solvency certificate
